Gangnam <Seochojeong>. At night it is a fusion pub, but I ordered the rootless creation called Umai Noodles (🙄). Thin ramen noodles sit in a tsuyu-based soup with fried batter, bulgogi, ajitama, vegetables, and more. It is genuinely without roots, yet every element stands on an exquisite balance. A satisfying lunch.
