<Kyushu Jangara>, Akiba main branch. It had actually been quite a while since I ate tonkotsu ramen, and today I finally tasted a deep soup again. Bonshan Ramen Zenbu-iri, with every topping. The salinity is not violently high for something this rich; against the slightly mild seasoning, mentaiko acts as the kick. A highly satisfying bowl. The line is fairly long.
