Sindorim <Gyoretsu Ramen>. Considered one of the three leading mazesoba shops in the Seoul metropolitan area. Mazesoba toppings and sauces have been standardized upward for so long that differentiation should be difficult, yet this still left a strong impression. The noodles are genuinely delicious—the best-tasting mazesoba noodles I have had in Seoul.
