Sangsu <Tamna Sikdang>. It serves Jeju-style *momguk*, bracken yukgaejang, noodles, and sundae. The food is quite good and captures the character of Jeju cuisine properly. The sample of meat was very tender, and the salt did not taste like ordinary refined salt; when I asked, I was told it was Andean salt. The details are good. Open until 1 a.m. I will probably visit often.
