Ansan <Marina>. Medovik. Cream and honey are layered between the cake sheets. It is not overwhelmingly sweet, yet the three components amplify one another, leaving a rich, pleasurable sweetness with a long finish. It is not delicate enough to make an obvious gift, but as something eaten, it will stay in my thoughts for the next three weeks.
