Sadang <Lit It Tommy>. Signature No. 2 Burger. The fundamentals—patty, cheese, and the rest—are all sound, with a fried egg as the distinctive element. It does not feel like a Japanese-style burger, and the egg is fully cooked. I used to think Sadang had no worthwhile burger beyond Misfits; now there is one more. I also liked the generous mustard greens and mayonnaise.
