하쿠비

Hakubi in Sillim. Surprisingly, there are very few non-franchise curry specialty restaurants in Seoul. It is nice to see a place that still uses this much onion and caramelizes it so richly. It used to be a katsu restaurant, but they changed their main menu because so many customers kept returning to eat the curry, and it made sense.
