Yongsan <Baengrang>. Baengrang Gukbap Jin. Pork gukbap made with Nanchuk Matdon pork, using neck and jowl, with Golden Queen No. 2 rice. Adding more yuzu saeujeot provides a good accent. The disappointment is that the rice is not toryeom; it simply arrives sitting in the soup. Even so, it is a good, comfortable bowl.
