멘쇼우라멘

Sharosu-gil <Mensho Ramen>. The tonkotsu looked too much like an early-2000s style, so I tried the mazesoba and was highly satisfied. The supporting ingredients and sauce are both generous, and the noodle portion is substantial. It is unmistakably the popular, familiar flavor everyone knows, but a kick of doenjang emerges toward the end. In other words, it is delicious.
