Seosulla-gil <Ramen Borudo>. If someone asks whether the age of tonkotsu has passed, you could tell them to visit Borudo. This collaboration with Japan's Makotoya produced a superb soup, blending a touch of beef bone into rich, savory, delicious tonkotsu. Less niche than Massugu Ramen, yet more polished.
