오뗄두스

I stopped by <Hôtel Douce> in Seorae Village, picked up a tarte Tatin and pistachio éclair, then came to Hangang Park with a friend. The éclair was predictably good; the tarte Tatin was excellent. Its texture lies somewhere among apple jam, purée, and pudding, with satisfying apple flavor spreading throughout the mouth. A leisurely Sunday afternoon.
