Mangwon <Ramen Tornado>. Spicy Miso Ramen. This is the new shop of the owner of Bon Ramen, a legendary miso ramen restaurant from long ago. Spicy and rich miso is added to a triple-blended soup of pork, chicken, and fish, and the sansho oil floating on top pairs perfectly. There is also an option to add cilantro as a topping. The noodles are medium-thick.
