Mangwon <Coffee House Maisha>. The age of acidity-forward coffee arrived long ago, and heavily roasted coffee shops have steadily disappeared with that trend. Yet there are still places serving genuinely good dark-roast drip coffee. I also tasted an in-house fermented-bean coffee currently in development, and it was excellent.
