헝그리부처

Bangbae <Hungry Butcher> flagship. Butcher's Burger. A simple build of two patties, cheese, onion glaze, and bun. Burger patties are usually packed ground meat—soft, to put it generously—but this one surprised me by feeling, in the best way, like chewing actual meat. I also liked that the flavor was less heavy than its appearance suggested.
