Guro Digital Complex <Hoyo>. The restaurant itself seems quite confident in its highballs, and the Chita whisky highball was genuinely good. I also liked the griddled Hiroshima okonomiyaki and salmon sashimi. The atmosphere is pleasant. It is not cheap, but it is a good place.
