짬뽕과 짜장

Bongcheon-dong <Jjamppong and Jjajang>. The tray jjajang was stir-fried to order. The amount in the photo is three servings. Roughly cut, generously sized meat, enoki mushrooms, onions, and noodles leave a warmly familiar impression in the best way. The tangsuyuk, densely packed with meat, was welcome too. It was also delightful how much pride the owner took in his own cooking.
