Seoul Nat'l Univ. Station <Gyegosu>. Signature chintan shio. Not fully Japanese ramen, but a half-fusion creative style showing clear signs of thought. It is not without weaknesses, yet this is more than enough to establish itself locally. The chicken is cooked exceptionally well. With beer in the evening rather than as a simple meal, it might be heaven.
