Yeonnam <Yeonnam Myeongwan>. Knife-shaved fried noodles with beef and water spinach. Their lively wok work was impressive. As hoped, the noodles, water spinach, beef, and onions cooked to exactly the right point all arrived consistently at one target. The gentle heat rising as you eat also feels natural. Next time: mala lamb knife-shaved fried noodles.
