Seongsu <Neungdong Minari>. Minari suyuk hot pot and blanched minari. As the restaurant foregrounds minari, the herb plays a major role in the food. It never protrudes alone, instead carrying a gentle fragrance through the mouth. The suyuk uses good beef and is soft and clean. The gomtang stock is quite solid, and adding kalguksu noodles is mandatory.
