Gongdeok <Grotto>. A basement cafe. The Einspänner had excellent balance and a pleasantly long finish after swallowing. The drip-brewed Ethiopia Bekele Kachara was good too. Coffee need not be completely free of edges to be good, but the evident effort to eliminate every possible flaw seems to explain why every seat was occupied.
