Yeonsan-dong <Sigol Tongdwaeji Bokkeum> flagship. Many restaurants share the name, but this flavor exists only at the original location. Kimchi, chili flakes, onion, and pork belly are stir-fried in a near-perfect balance—a combination no Korean could resist. For me, it comes close to something I can only call soul food.
