Mangwon <Ryujin> (57-108 Mangwon-dong). A Jiro-style ramen specialist that opened today. Excellent. The noodles are truly good, and the chashu shows great care. Toppings: zenbu mashi, everything extra. Bright, assertive salinity kept within enjoyable limits, with well-balanced soup. I emptied the bowl. No need to go to 566 anymore.
