Ginza <Mercer Brunch Ginza Terrace>. Brunch course, with the homemade grilled sausage as the main. By luck I sat on the terrace without an extra charge. Everything was clean and fresh, with refined, high-quality fat giving good flavor and excellent cooking throughout. A late but light first meal, and deeply satisfying. I will likely return.
