A return to <Menya Hanabi> after a long absence. I debated outside for ages between curry soba and regular mazesoba, only to discover, anticlimactically, a mazesoba and mini curry-rice set on the kiosk. Its greatest virtue is a firm foundation that never fails, regardless of when you visit or what you order. A filling meal before the show.
