Xiaolongbao's concentrated broth, jiaozi's softness, and fried dumplings' crispness converge in one ultimate hybrid. The fried noodles and mala noodles are equally rich in spice flavor and aroma while remaining clean. Every customer was Chinese. Highly satisfying.
