Sinchon <Sanullim 1992>. In front of Club AOR. An old place serving many dishes, but the *maekjeok* here is genuinely delicious. It is grilled tender and pairs well with the doenjang sauce. The restaurant also stocks a broad range of Korean traditional liquor and makgeolli, creating excellent food-and-drink matches. Worth making a dedicated visit.
