Hakdong <Komatsu>. The bestseller is shio ramen. The broth is beautifully balanced, the noodles good, and the thinly sliced sous-vide chashu both tender and richly flavored. Above all, the aroma oil integrated into the broth rather than floating separately, which was deeply satisfying. This seems clearly the best shio ramen in the neighborhood.
