Yongsan <Pachamama Bakery>. Oat Vienna and pistachio slice. Clearly made with good ingredients. The Vienna foam is delicate and smooth; the pistachio cream has proper body, a fresh finish, and considerable intensity. I regretted being too close to a meal to try more.
