Asakusa <BRISK STAND>. Winner of the 2025 Japan Burger Championship. The first location is in Kobe, with Asakusa as the second. I ordered the signature double burger, *Kitta Yatsu*—“the cut one.” It is split in half and the cut surfaces are fried in butter. A truly violent flavor. The style is fashionable now, but the originator clearly operates on another level.
