Ewha Womans Univ. <Kazze>. The atmosphere is clean and modern but initially ordinary; the coffee is not. They serve a mix of beans roasted in-house and sourced elsewhere, and the house roasts have unusually clear flavor and aroma while remaining balanced. Salt sprinkled over the tiramisu kept it from feeling flat.
