Yeonnam <Tailor Coffee>. Signature blend Purple Rain. The texture is smooth, and acidity and sweet notes work well together. These days I rarely order single origins anywhere. If I am deliberately traveling far to enjoy a luxury, it is more fun to experience a signature backed by that place's own thought and research.
