Guro <Wolrae Sun Gyojagwan>. Known for dumplings, but every dish carries its own forceful signature. The fried rice was superb, and the pan-fried dumplings—the representative menu item—were quite good. The real revelation, however, was the xiaolongbao: what fills them is not merely broth but something closer to an emulsion beyond it. Truly delicious. I want to return.
