The first is Seoul Nat'l Univ. Station <Chilihyang Knife-Shaved Noodles>. I ordered the latang noodles and single-serving guobaorou set. Unusually, dressed tofu skin comes as an unlimited side dish, and it is quite tasty. The knife-shaved noodles avoid vague sweetness and saltiness, faithfully reproducing a style one might find on Konkuk's lamb-skewer street or in Daerim. I think I will come often.
