Hanti <Tokyo Menchinte Honpo>. The first Korean branch of Menchinte, famous near Waseda. It serves only abura soba. The salinity, chashu, menma, and noodles are all good. Adding an egg is essential. Mix thoroughly, then add white pepper, sesame, rayu, or other table seasonings as you eat. It is indeed the same taste as Tokyo.
