Eonju <Hondon>. An excellent restaurant has appeared in a neighborhood barren of tonkatsu. I recommend the upper loin cut, combining loin and pork jowl. The rice is even Golden Queen No. 3, and instead of powdered miso soup, they serve tonjiru. A line is only a matter of time, so go quickly.
