Uijeongbu <Silbi Sikdang>. A very old restaurant, famous for its delicious *budae-bokkeum*. The dish is good overall, but the most important element making it special is unexpectedly the kimchi. Properly ripened yet crisp, it gives this stir-fry of processed meats a firm center. Adding stir-fried noodles is recommended. Closes at 4 p.m.
