Pohang <Ahn Soon-young Mandu>. Primarily delivery and takeout, but there are tables. The freshly fried dumplings are truly unique. Even dumplings packed this solidly with filling are rare; they are not the juice-explosion type, yet the first bite feels remarkably full. The wrapper is thin but not crisp, adding flavor in a satisfying way.
