Gangnam-gu Office <Butano Max>. After an early period serving only tonkotsu, it has added Iekei ramen to the lineup. South of the Han River, Songpa's Naniyori had been the only notably good Iekei shop, but its line has become too long to manage. Now there is a delicious rising contender without traveling that far—or all the way to Yeonnam.
