멘코지

Menkoji at Konkuk Univ. Station. Specializing in Jiro Ramen. Ordered 300g of noodles with the "Zenmashimashi" option. The aburawa and bean sprouts were fully infused with flavor, and the char siu was likely among the best in the country. The soup was excellent as well; it was smooth and well-balanced, yet rich and flavorful, delivering exactly what it needed to do. It wasn't exactly "Dragon-like," but it was very delicious.
