원남분식

Jongno <Wonnam Bunsik>. The place has no actual sign, but searching that name brings it up. I ordered *kaljebi* with dried-squid gimbap. The anchovy-based broth contains an enormous amount of clam meat, making it intense in flavor and aroma yet clear. Clams come up with every chopstickful. The pleasantly sour, well-ripened kimchi, the gimbap, the sujebi, and the kalguksu were all delicious.
