Gasan Digital Complex <Shokudo Eien>. Shirunashi tantanmen and mini chahan. Both its event dishes and regular menu are genuinely good; poor accessibility is the only problem. The anchovy abura soba, now discontinued, was delicious too. If it lies within a reasonable distance, there is more than enough reward in becoming a regular. Open weekdays only.
