Shin-Koenji <Manpuku>. There are many yakiniku restaurants, including some better than this one, but few can surpass it in satisfaction for the price. Every cut was excellent. It uses one grill per table rather than individual braziers, and the ventilation is poor, but the meat itself is genuinely delicious. Cash only.
