Sarangbang Kalguksu in Chungmuro. A 58-year-old establishment. Although the name suggests kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), everyone orders the half-chicken baeksuk set meal. The portion is quite generous, more than expected, making it filling even for an adult male. The chicken is tender and not overcooked, which is great, and the kimchi is delicious, making for a perfect pairing. Please mix the rice into the chicken broth or soak it in the broth. I want to go again.
