Bongcheon-dong <1597 Gomtang>. A cramped, rough-edged restaurant. This neighborhood has many kinds of food but, surprisingly, no real gomtang shop, so the trip based on word of mouth was worthwhile. The meat was tender, while the broth remained unaggressive yet pushed richness to a finely judged limit. Dip the meat in the sauce. The kimchi is genuinely delicious too.
