Daerim <Luotai Xiang Luosifen>. Everything is properly done. The luosifen and wontons were excellent, with deep, balanced broths and generous ingredients and spices, each rich in its own flavor and aroma. A strong funky smell of luosifen greets you at the door, but after tasting the food, it no longer matters. Remarkably sound fundamentals.
