Seoul Nat'l Univ. Station <Lai Lai Ken>. I have visited since shortly after opening, and I like that it never stops improving and evolving, not only through seasonal dishes but also through the meat and other ingredients it uses. Returning after several months, I found the maze soba recipe had changed and become much better. Highly satisfying.
