Daegu Bukseong-ro <Bukseong-ro Udon Bulgogi>. Charcoal-grilled bulgogi and udon. This is what a local favorite looks like. Better suited to a second or third round than the first; the flavors are not refined, but the food puts the diner at ease. This kind of place is now difficult to find in Seoul. A good one.
