Insadong <Tiroa>. The interior and atmosphere are ordinarily modern, but both the white-tea blend “Night Light” and oolong blend “Oolong Breeze” are delicious enough to change your expression. Compared with their appearance, the approach to layering flavor and aroma is exceptionally delicate, while the tea extraction itself is superb and completely free of harshness.
