Yeonnam <Kyo Ramen>. Seoul has ramen shops like stars in the night sky, yet surprisingly few serve tsukemen, and naturally fewer still make it well. Kyo Ramen's version is properly done. The richly concentrated dipping broth, seasoned just right, pairs well with thick noodles. It is good to encounter delicious tsukemen. I intend to return for the other dishes.
