Yeonnam <Parole & Langue>. A name as memorable as Sangsu's “Morals and Norms.” I ordered the signature chestnut pie and milk tea. Both use a little cardamom, adding a light chai-like spicy layer. This makes them pleasantly sweet while giving the finish greater definition. Worth seeking out.
